Your order will be delivered by 6 pm the next day. Sunday pickups may not be delivered until Tuesday before 6 pm.

Tell us in the software where you will leave your clothes. It might be on the front porch, on the back porch, behind the fence, by the apartment door, in the lobby, with the apartment manager, or in an unlocked garage.

Yes, we have a $55 minimum order. ($75 hotel minimum)

No, there are no contracts. We know you will stay with us as long as we do a good job.

Just put a hold on your account in the software. We’ll be back on the date you tell us.

We send text and email reminders the night before. You can cancel through the reminder text, website under your account, or contact us at (714)-833-5609 before 7:00 a.m. We reserve the right to charge a missed pickup fee of $15.00 to cover driver costs if a cancellation is not placed before 7:00a.m.
