WeFold Laundry offers fluff and fold laundry service pickup and delivery Monday-Sunday. Sunday Pickups will be delivered on Tuesday. Our recurring laundry service pick up customers pay $1.75 lb. and our as needed laundry service delivery customers pay $1.90 lb. We have a $45 minimum charge for our laundry pickup service. Once we pick up your laundry, we will color sort all clothing and wash and dry your laundry separate from all other orders. All items will be neatly folded unless requested to be hung. Your fluff and fold laundry pickup and delivery order will be delivered in 24 hours.

What is the turnaround time?
Your order will be delivered by 6 pm the next day. Sunday pickups may not be delivered until Tuesday before 6 pm.
What if I can't be home when you pickup?
Tell us in the software where you will leave your clothes. It might be on the front porch, on the back porch, behind the fence, by the apartment door, in the lobby, with the apartment manager, or in an unlocked garage.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a $45 minimum order.
If I sign up to be a recurring customer, what happens when I go on vacation?
Just put a hold on your account in the software. We’ll be back on the date you tell us.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there are no contracts. We know you will stay with us as long as we do a good job.
How do I cancel my pickup?
We send text and email reminders the night before. You can cancel through the reminder text, website under your account, or contact us at (714)-833-5609 before 7:00 a.m. We reserve the right to charge a missed pickup fee of $10.00 to cover driver costs if a cancellation is not placed before 7:00a.m.
